开放式学习、双元创新对企业绩效的影响分析

摘要
通过开放创新模式整合外部创新资源来推动双元创新是当前众多中国企业关心的关键问题,也是中国创新转型的重要途径之一。要实现双元创新,中国企业首先需要平衡探索性创新与应用性创新的相对水平,避免过度互动带来的障碍。其次,为了整合外部创新资源,企业需要构建更宽而不是更深的创新网络来推动双元创新的协调发展。更重要的是,企业需要充分考虑到当前制度执行失效对外部创新资源整合带来的阻碍。
