人脐带间充质干细胞的研究进展

摘要
脐带间充质干细胞是存在于脐带沃顿胶和血管周围组织中的一种干细胞,具有多向分化和自我更新的潜能。脐带间充质干细胞可分化为骨细胞、软骨细胞、脂肪细胞、肌细胞和神经细胞,并且具有免疫调节性;脐带作为医疗废弃物来源丰富,对供者无不利影响,无伦理问题的限制,这为细胞治疗和组织工程提供了新的种子细胞。
