抗抑郁药的神经保护作用及其机制

摘要
应激和抑郁引起以海马为主的中枢神经系统萎缩、海马容量降低。抗抑郁药的慢性治疗通过促进海马细胞增殖和神经元数目增加 ,抵抗或克服应激诱导的海马神经元萎缩和丢失 ,实现其神经保护作用。其机制在于抗抑郁药可能作用于调节神经元的生成和存活的特殊的转录因子和靶基因。深入地理解应激和抗抑郁药治疗的细胞和分子机制 ,对于指导临床用药具有重要的意义。
