<正>癌因性疲乏(cancer related fatigue,CRF)也叫癌症相关性疲乏,是由于癌症及相关治疗引起患者长期紧张和痛苦而产生的一系列主观感觉,如虚弱、活动无耐力、注意力不集中、动力或兴趣减少等。癌因性疲乏可以由癌症本身引起,也可以是癌症治疗的结果,严重影响患者的身体、心理状况和家庭、社会功能,以及他们对生存质量的满意度,是评估癌症患者生存质量的重要内容。美国疲乏联合会(American Federation of fatigue)对379名癌症患者的调查结果显示:有76%感到疲乏,54%有恶心症状,23%有抑郁症状,20%感到疼痛。76%的患者在他们化疗的过程中每月至少有数天感到疲乏,30%的患者觉得每天都感到疲乏。
