运动教育干预后中老年人使用智能穿戴健康产品行为意图的研究

摘要：

以计划行为理论为研究架构,探讨中老年人接受运动教育后,对使用智能穿戴健康产品的行为意图,并进一步探讨行为态度、主观规范与知觉行为控制对行为意图的影响。方法:选取高雄市14个行政区432名50岁以上的中老年人,运用自编智能型中老年人科技接受量表进行调查。结果:中老年人对智能穿戴健康产品的行为态度和知觉行为控制对使用行为意向的正效应显著(路径系数分别为0.91、0.11,P≤0.01);主观规范负向影响中老年人对智能穿戴健康产品的使用行为意图(路径系数为-0.17,P<0.01);中老年人使用智能穿戴健康产品的行为态度在主观规范与使用行为意图之间起部分中介作用(总效果、间接效果和直接效果分别为0.24、0.41和-0.17,C.R.>1.96)。结论:中老年人的主观规范能够通过使用智能穿戴健康产品的态度影响使用行为意图。
