阿尔茨海默病患者血浆3-NT浓度的变化及其临床意义

摘要
目的探讨血浆3-硝基酪氨酸(3-NT)浓度与阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者认知功能损害的关系。方法应用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)检测入组患者的认知功能,将其分为3组,即正常对照组(NC,37例)、血管性痴呆组(VD组,41例)、AD组(48例),分别用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELSIA)测定3组患者的血浆3-NT浓度,并对AD组患者的血浆3-NT浓度与MMSE得分及各个认知领域分值进行相关性分析。结果 NC组、VD组、AD组患者血浆3-NT浓度分别为(55.09±9.63)nmol/l、(70.42±11.45)nmol/l、(119.46±21.82)nmol/l,AD组患者血浆3-NT浓度明显高于NC组、VD组(均P<0.05);AD组患者血浆3-NT浓度与MMSE得分成明显负相关(r=-0.638,P<0.05);AD组患者血浆3-NT浓度与记忆力、定向力、注意力和计算能力均成明显负相关(均P<0.05)。结论血浆3-NT浓度测定有可能作为判断AD患者认知功能损害的生化指标,亦可作为AD与VD鉴别诊断的生物学指标。
