胰岛素口服纳米给药系统研究进展

摘要
胰岛素的口服给药一直是药剂学领域的研究热点。其核心问题是同时克服胰岛素口服吸收的多重屏障,提高胰岛素的口服生物利用度。纳米制剂技术的快速发展为实现胰岛素有效的口服递送提供了坚实的基础。该文综述胰岛素口服纳米粒的研究现状,围绕胰岛素口服吸收的多重屏障对这些纳米给药系统的优势和劣势进行讨论,并对纳米粒实现胰岛素口服递送的机遇和挑战进行了展望。
