竹叶柴胡地上部分的化学成分

Seventeen compounds were isolated from aerial part of Bupleurum marginatum Wall. ex DC. by column chromatography method, and thirteen compounds were identified by means of physical and spectral data. These compounds were quercetin (Ⅰ), stigmasta-7, 25-dien-3-ol (Ⅱ), 7-stigmasten-3β-ol (Ⅲ), cholest-7-en-3β-ol (Ⅳ), α-spinasterol (Ⅴ), octacosanoic acid (Ⅵ), β-sitosterol (Ⅶ), daucosterol (Ⅷ), isorhamnetin (Ⅸ), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅹ), rutin (Ⅺ), saikochromone A (Ⅻ) and adonitol (). Compound Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅸ, Ⅹ and  were firstly isolated from this species.
