查阅相关文献,从椎间盘退变的分子、细胞生物学研究,脊椎结构异常,脊髓的病理变化及其他方面就脊髓型颈椎病的发病机制进行综述,认为该病的发病机制是多因素综合的结果,为临床治疗该病提供理论和文献参考。
