摘要：

本文主要分析地区经济制度对我国对外直接投资(OFDI)的影响。具体从企业组织之间的诱导性制度、市场化改革、"走出去"战略等方面进行分析,并用20032010年期间地区的面板数据进行实证检验。检验结果显示:一个地区商会组织的发展、信贷资金分配市场化和"走出去"战略有助于提高该地区的OFDI;在国际化的初期阶段,加强生产者法律产权保护会降低OFDI。本文研究表明,我国OFDI的发展受到了制度激励与制度潜逃效应的影响。
