摘要
帕金森病(PD)是中老年人最常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病之一,其发病率仅次于阿尔茨海默病,但发病机制至今尚不明确。目前认为PD是多种因素共同作用的结果,环境因素与PD的关系非常密切,MPTP-PD是造成PD的重要因素之一,除MPTP外,多种环境毒素参与PD的发生,如百草枯、代森锰和鱼藤酮等,其中有的作为农药被广泛应用,因此研究环境毒素与PD的关系无疑成为意义重大的课题之一。
