大蒜制剂对血小板粘附活性的影响

摘要
本实验测定了大蒜制剂对人和兔血小板粘附活性的影响,并观察人血小板膜糖蛋白Ib(GPIb)的变化。结果表明,无论在体内还是体外,给予大蒜制剂均能显著抑制血小板的粘附活性,这种作用与血小板GPIb无关。
