摘要：

由于光照条件的不同 ,采集到的汽车图像背景复杂 ,车牌部分灰度变化不均 ,因此很难找到一种通用的汽车车牌分割方法提出一种基于形态特征的汽车车牌图像分割方法实验证明 ,该方法具有很强的抗干扰能力 ,算法简单、速度快 ,能有效地从复杂背景中将车牌字符分割出来
