摘要：

报道许玲教授运用中医药治疗多发肺磨玻璃结节验案1则。许玲认为多发肺磨玻璃结节是气机升降失常,肺局部痰凝瘀阻毒聚邪实的全身性疾病,以调畅气机、平衡气血阴阳为大法,从整体上把握病位、病性、病态和病势等,明辨轻重缓急,随证治之。该病例采用小柴胡汤、补中益气汤、柴胡疏肝散等方治疗,遵循病证结合、随证治之、顾护脾胃、顺时调气,病灶得以稳定,避免了多次手术。
