12种抗生素对B族链球菌体外抗菌活性研究

摘要：

目的　探讨B族链球菌 (GBS)对十二种常用抗生素的敏感性 ,以指导临床用药。方法采用K B法测定 117株GBS菌对 12种抗生素的敏感性。结果　所有GBS菌对青霉素和氨苄青霉素敏感或中度敏感 ,对头孢霉素类及阿莫西林 /棒酸 ,苯唑青霉素均敏感 ;红霉素 ,庆大霉素 ,克林霉素耐药率分别为 8 5 % ,12 0 % ,2 0 5 % ;对丁胺卡那的耐药率为 90 6 %。结论　青霉素 ,氨苄青霉素 ,阿莫西林 /棒酸可作为治疗GBS感染首选药物 ;头孢霉素类抗生素可作为二线的选择药物。实验室常规准确报告GBS敏感性结果对指导临床医师合理选择抗生素治疗GBS感染具有重要意义 ,加强抗生素对GBS菌株连续药敏监测 ,了解耐药变迁 ,对临床具有重要指导意义
