摘要：

师范院校的建立是现代国家建设的重要组成部分,并且与大学有着不同的价值理念。法国巴黎高等师范学校和地方师范学校的出现为全世界的师资培养树立了一个全新的模式,其所倡导的教育理念和知识结构与欧洲的传统大学有很大不同。美、日、英诸国为提升教师教育质量也在不断创新教师教育模式。中国创造出了与美、日、英、法不同的教师教育模式,为世界教师教育发展做出了贡献。
