急性百草枯中毒患者血CRP、WBC计数的变化及意义

目的探讨急性百草枯中毒患者血清C-反应蛋白浓度、外周血白细胞计数与预后的关系。方法急性百草枯中毒患者47例,以住院期间死亡为观察终点,分为存活组和死亡组。两组患者分别于中毒后第1天、第3天及第7天检测血清C-反应蛋白浓度及外周血白细胞计数,两组间比较并进行统计学分析。结果死亡组中毒后第1天、第3天及第7天血清C-反应蛋白浓度明显高于存活组(P<0.01);死亡组中毒后第3天及第7天外周血白细胞计数明显高于存活组(P<0.01)。结论血清C-反应蛋白浓度及外周血白细胞计数是判断急性百草枯中毒病情严重程度及预后的可靠指标,且C-反应蛋白浓度的敏感性更高。
