重防腐蚀环氧粉末涂料的研究与应用

摘要
重防腐蚀环氧粉末涂料以双酚A型环氧树脂为主要成膜材料,加入多功能助剂、增韧剂等材料,制成重防腐蚀粉末涂料,具有低温快速固化的特点。该涂料附着力强,涂层平整坚韧、硬度高、防腐蚀性能好,可广泛适用于金属管道的内外防腐蚀。尤其是该涂料成膜后与三层结构的胶粘剂有良好的粘结效果,是三层结构PE防腐蚀层的理想底漆。
