摘要：

奥巴马政府的新中东政策在当前美国内政、外交中占有举足轻重的地位,备受世人关注。尽管它还未最后成型,但从奥巴马的竞选言论和奥巴马政府要员公开发表的立场观点中,我们已经可以看出奥巴马政府的新中东政策的特点是:强调多边合作;注重接触与对话;分头并进,全面解决,并体现在从伊拉克撤军、增兵阿富汗、推进中东和平进程、解决伊朗核问题上。奥巴马政府颇重视中东问题,并有优先解决的强烈愿望,但同时,奥巴马政府的新中东政策又存在明显的缺陷与不足。解决中东问题是对奥巴马政府的重大考验。
