摘要：

本文将讨论目前比较政治研究领域的一些前沿的质性研究方法。在理论发展方面,这一领域的质性研究者们在如何产生新假设、如何进行概念创新以及如何确定同质案例的样本群等方面尝试了一些新的方法。在理论检验方面,研究者尝试同时使用案例内方法和跨案例方法对提出的理论进行证实或证伪。案例内方法包括探寻中介性机制和对理论的多种可观察性暗示进行验证等,而跨案例方法则主要包括一组对假设的必要和充分原因进行评估的技术。总之,本文就质性研究方法对比较政治的独特意义和贡献进行了探讨。
