降钙素原测定指导呼吸道感染抗生素治疗

摘要：

以降钙素原(PCT)测定为指导,在社区获得性肺炎(CAP)、慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期(AECOPD)和急性支气管炎的抗生素治疗中,入院时抗生素处方显著减少、抗生素疗程显著缩短,且临床结果相似;在门诊对急性呼吸道感染患者的抗生素治疗中,预计抗生素处方率减少20%、抗生素疗程缩短20%、临床结果不差于标准抗生素治疗组。
