摘要：

目的探讨帕金森病患者轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment with Parkinson’s disease,PDMCI)的特点和简易精神状态量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)在帕金森病患者认知功能评价中的应用价值。方法采用MMSE、MoCA评测57例PD患者与30例正常老年人,并采用运动功能指标、年龄、性别、发病时间、受教育水平等可能影响PD患者认知功能的因素评估其对认知影响的程度。结果 MoCA对认知障碍的检出率大于MMSE。PD患者MoCA总分较正常老年人低(P<0.05),PD患者与正常组相比存在视空间与执行功能、抽象理解、延迟回忆功能的损害(P<0.05)。结论 PD患者存在视空间与执行功能、抽象理解、延迟回忆功能的损害,MoCA可作为老年PD患者认知障碍有效的筛查工具,能较早地发现PD-MCI。
