高敏C反应蛋白血清BNP水平与心衰程度关系的研究

摘要：

目的观察心衰患者血清B型钠利尿肽(BNP)、高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的水平变化,研究BNP、hsCRP与心功能状况之间的关系。方法本研究选择心力衰竭患者50例,正常对照45例,观察其BNP和hsCRP的变化。结果心衰患者的BNP和hsCRP较对照组明显升高,随着心功能状态的恶化,BNP和hsCRP逐渐升高,且心力衰竭越重,BNP和hsCRP水平越高,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论血清BNP和hsCRP测定可以作为临床上判断心力衰竭程度的一个参考指标,对评估心衰患者的病情和临床疗效一定的价值。
