摘要
对目前出现的一些具有代表性的食品中沙门氏菌的PCR检测方法做一综述,由此可以得出,目前开发出的检测食品中沙门氏菌的PCR方法正逐渐以多种PCR方法相结合、多重PCR技术以及食品样品预处理方法等为主,以开发出更快速、灵敏、简便、实时、低廉的食源性沙门氏菌PCR检测方法。
