摘要：

本文在回顾近十年来国外绿色创业研究文献的基础上,系统梳理了有关绿色创业的概念、内涵以及绿色创业(或创业者)分类的研究成果,并分别从微观的绿色创业运营模型与宏观的绿色创业发展战略这两个视角,对最新的国外绿色创业研究成果进行了评介,以期对绿色创业这一全新的概念进行较为全面的介绍,并供国内感兴趣的读者参考。
