活血化瘀中药复方诱导K562细胞凋亡

摘要：

目的 :研究活血化瘀复方对人慢性粒细胞白血病细胞株K5 6 2细胞增殖、凋亡的影响 .方法 :通过台盼蓝拒染法活细胞计数 ,绘制细胞生长曲线 .光镜、透射电镜观察细胞形态学变化 .流式细胞检测定量观察细胞凋亡及其与药物的关系 .结果 :活血化瘀复方对K5 6 2细胞生长具有抑制作用 ,并且细胞呈现典型的凋亡形态学改变 .流式细胞检测显示药物血清作用 6h ,K5 6 2细胞即已出现凋亡 ,10 0mL·L-1含药血清组细胞凋亡率较 5 0mL·L-1含药血清组高 (13.4± 1.3) %vs(7.6± 0 .9) % ,P <0 .0 1.结论 :活血化瘀复方具有抑制白血病细胞生长 ,诱导白血病细胞凋亡的作用 ,从而为其临床应用提供了理论依据 .
