桃核承气汤通过JAK2/STAT1信号通路干预急性盆腔炎模型大鼠的研究

摘要
目的:探讨桃核承气汤通过影响JAK2/STAT1信号通路干预急性盆腔炎模型大鼠的机制。方法:将72只雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组和核桃承气汤低剂量组、中剂量组及高剂量组。除空白对照组外,其他各组制作急性盆腔炎大鼠模型。造模结束后第5日,低、中及高剂量组大鼠分别给予桃核承气汤4、8及16 g/(kg·d);阳性对照组大鼠给予妇科千金片0.2 g/(kg·d);空白对照组、模型对照组大鼠给予等容积蒸馏水5 ml灌胃,所有大鼠均1日给药1次,连续治疗3周。末次给药24 h后,观察大鼠子宫病理变化,外周血肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素17(IL-17)及C反应蛋白(CRP)表达水平,子宫组织中JAK2/STAT1信号通路蛋白的表达变化。结果:模型对照组大鼠子宫病理变化明显。与模型对照组比较,阳性对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组及高剂量组大鼠子宫膜细胞微观病理损伤明显减轻,外周血中TNF-α、IL-17及CRP含量明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫组织中JAK2/STAT1信号通路蛋白表达水平明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃核承气汤可通过调节JAK2/STAT1信号通路,有效抑制急性盆腔炎模型大鼠子宫组织炎性因子表达。
