急性胰腺炎血浆内毒素检测及其临床意义

摘要：

本文采用鲎试验基质偶氮显色法定量检测36例AP患者血浆ET动态变化,并以35例健康献血员为正常对照。结果提示:(1)36例AP患者20例发生ETM;11例重症AP均发生ETM;13例中度AP9例发生ETM;12例轻度AP无ETM发生。(2)发生麻痹性肠梗阻患者血浆ET浓度明显高于未发生麻痹性肠梗阻患者血浆ET浓度;腹水组血浆ET浓度高于非腹水组血浆ET浓度;腹水中ET浓度高于血浆中ET浓度。(3)AP患者血浆ET来源于肠道,血浆ET浓度与病情轻重有关。
