摘要
<正>脑卒中是全世界第二大致死性疾病及第一大致残性疾病。脑卒中后康复的重点之一是肌力的改善及肌力的准确评估,两者密切相关。等速技术自上世纪60年代发明以来,逐步开始用于临床,其兼有肌力训练及评定的功能,两者相一致,但目前在脑卒中后的康复领域运用较少,其作用及可能存在的问题值得探讨。1脑卒中后的肌力训练脑卒中致残主要表现在肢体功能及高级脑功能障碍上。其中决定脑卒中后肢体功能的最关键的因素就
