摘要：

<正>宫颈癌是仅次于乳腺癌的女性第2大恶性肿瘤,居女性肿瘤致死原因的第2位,每年大约有50万新发病例和25万死亡病例[1-2]。随着筛查的普遍开展及技术手段的进步,宫颈癌的诊断率较过去有所提高,但仍仅1/3的患者得到早期诊断、治疗,其余患者在初诊时已属于局部晚期（ⅡbⅣa期）[3]。宫颈癌治疗模
