摘要
FGC-2型14C植物光合速率测量装置,是对Shimshi装置的改进。文中叙述了改进装置的结构及使用方法。该装置轻便(重5kg)可携,适于田间、野外应用;二人配合每小时可标记40—50个样品;测量重复性好,使用安全,无放射性污染,为大批量测量植物光合速率提供了手段。
