罗布麻茶水提物对自发性高血压大鼠血压的调节作用

摘要
目的:研究罗布麻茶水提物对自发性高血压大鼠(Spontaneous hypertension rat,SHR)血压的调节规律以及降压时相的出现与其它生理指标变化的关系。方法:以SHR为实验动物,每天灌胃1次受试物,每周1次采用尾套法连续测试灌胃后8~10 h内的收缩压及心率,6周后测试降压时相的体质量、尿量及尿钠、尿钾的分泌以及血脂含量。结果:与阴性对照组相比,灌胃罗布麻茶水提物后SHR收缩压(SBP)先升高后下降,这种现象在连续灌胃3周后明显,而心率无显著的规律性变化;稳定的降压时相(8 h左右)在连续灌胃3周后出现,最大降幅达16 mm Hg;降压时相SHR的体质量及血脂无显著变化(P≥0.05),尿量及尿钠、尿钾的分泌显著增加(P<0.05)。结论 :罗布麻茶水提物对SHR收缩压具有先升高后下降的双向调节作用,然而起效慢,降压时相的出现可能与其利尿及利钠、利钾作用有关。
