摘要
软骨是一种无血管、无神经的终末分化组织,一旦受损很难自主修复。近年来在软骨损伤治疗方面开展了大量研究,以期恢复受损关节的结构及功能。本文就软骨损伤的传统治疗方法如关节镜下关节腔灌洗、关节软骨磨削成形术、激光磨蚀与软骨成形术及软骨下骨钻孔术等进行综述,并对利用组织工程学方法治疗软骨损伤的研究进行总结和展望。
