解开FDI垂直溢出效应之谜——产业链的视角

摘要：

现有实证研究发现FDI垂直溢出效应不仅可能为正,而且还经常出现显著为负的情况,但现有FDI垂直溢出理论却无法对此提供解释。文章基于产业链视角对FDI垂直溢出的理论机制进行了补充和完善,认为当外资企业出现买方垄断或者卖方垄断的时候,就会对本土企业产生负向的联系效应。基于中国工业企业数据,文章借助产业链位置对FDI垂直溢出效应进行了实证检验,发现当本土企业与较少的行业发生纵向贸易联系时,可供学习的技术更为单一且更容易受外资垄断优势的影响,FDI对本土企业的垂直溢出效应就会更小,甚至为负。
