摘要：

目的:评价可重复的成套神经心理状态测量(Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status,RBANS)中文版的信度和效度。方法:对49名上海市社区老人分别于8周前后进行RBANS和简易智能状态量表(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE)的评定。结果:①RBANS的内部一致性较好;重测相关系数为0.933(P<0.001)。②RBANS与MMSE的相关系数为0.675;RBANS具有良好的结构,χ2为73.52,NNFI、CFI均大于0.9,5个潜变量因素负荷系数均具有统计学意义,测量数据与5因素模型之间拟合良好;RBANS的区分度为0.263。③RBANS总分与年龄负相关(r=-0.536,P<0.001),与教育程度正相关(r=0.744,P<0.001),与性别相关无统计学意义(r=-0.192,P>0.05)。结论:RBANS中文版在社区老人中具有较好的信度和效度。
