摘要：

激活素(Activin)最初是作为垂体前叶的调节因子于1986年从猪的卵泡液中被分离和纯化,因能够刺激卵泡刺激素(FSH)的分泌而得名。后来的研究发现,激活素随着个体发育的阶段不同,不同的组织中发挥不同生理功能,因此本文拟从激活素的生理功能及其临床意义两个方面进行综述。
