摘要：

Two most approaches and development in philosophy of scientific practice are reviewed and compared between traditional and new philosophy of science in this paper, to introduce the latter critical views on “theory-dominated” and “ theory-laden observation/experiment”, and to analyze the difference in the two approaches too.
