早产儿深部真菌感染的早期诊断及预防

摘要：

早产儿深部真菌感染是新生儿重症监护室早产儿常见的感染性疾病,由于早产儿自身免疫功能低下、广谱抗生素的使用、长时间肠外静脉营养以及侵入性操作等,使早产儿易发生深部真菌感染,病死率较高。因此,对于早产儿深部真菌感染,我们要从提高早期诊断水平、加强防控措施以及针对性预防性用药等方面着手,降低死亡率,提升早产儿存活率。
