钛合金设计中合金元素影响机理的研究进展(英文)

摘要
钛合金的性能主要取决于合金成分和显微组织两方面,而合金元素的种类选择以及添加量是合金成分设计的主要组成内容,不同合金元素的添加可以一定程度上改善合金的强度,高温性能,蠕变性能以及加工性能等,满足特殊工业需求。主要探讨了合金元素在钛合金设计中的作用以及说明了各合金元素在新合金设计中应注意的一些原则,并对合金元素在钛合金设计中存在的一些问题进行探讨和归纳总结,特别对于合金中不同合金元素之间的相互作用,引起合金组织中位错取向和相组成发生变化,从而影响合金的机械性能。另外,对几种经典合金的合金组成、稳定性以及组织性能之间的相互关联进行研究,希望进一步了解合金元素在钛合金中的影响机理,为新型钛合金设计与研发提供参考。
