结直肠癌相关肿瘤标志物与疗效、预后解读的研究进展

摘要：

结直肠癌(CRC)是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,其生存期与诊断分期密切相关,诊断分期是预测预后和指导术后治疗的金标准。近些年由于肿瘤标志物在临床上的应用越来越广泛,可用于CRC的筛查,并有助于指导治疗和监测复发转移。CRC最常见的生物标志物是癌胚抗原(CEA),可用于早期诊断、复发及预后预测。然而,CEA不能确切地反映肿瘤的转移潜能,当发生复发或转移时,某些患者的CEA水平不会升高。这就迫切需要更多新型的CRC标志物,如循环肿瘤细胞、肿瘤基因标志物等,以为CRC的治疗与预后的判定提供新的思路。
