跨国公司外派的组织学习机制模型:基于逆向知识转移视角

摘要
基于逆向知识转移视角,跨国公司人员外派可被视为从东道国获取知识并向母公司转移的组织学习过程。这一学习过程受到外派员工的社会资本、母公司知识转移机制等因素的影响;其组织学习的机制由相应的组织学习过程、影响因素和支持系统构成。我国企业在国际化过程中应重视外派过程的逆向知识转移,发展企业知识吸收能力及外派人员组织学习的能力与意愿。
