摘要：

2004—2013年,印度与巴基斯坦经过近10年的和平谈判,终于在和平共识、克什米尔问题、军事、反恐和经贸领域取得积极进展,体现了两国所处的时代背景和各自的战略需求。印巴矛盾的结构性冲突、两国的宗教和民族的特点、已经达成的协议不能全面落实等问题,使印巴和平进程的前景并不明朗。缓解印巴冲突,促进两国和解,是中国在南亚地区开展和平外交的重要任务。
