摘要：

参与全球竞争的企业实行全球供应链管理,然而关税、汇率、贸易壁垒和政府的稳定等因素以及文化、语言、传统、偏好、经营环境、法律环境、经济条件的差异都使得全球供应链管理显得更加复杂与困难。在对供应链管理决策模型进行评价的基础上,对全球供应链管理所面临的挑战进行了深入的分析,进而提出了全球供应链管理的发展对策,希望能够对进一步改进全球供应链的运行效果和降低其运行成本提供帮助。
