收入和城市化对城镇居民家电消费的影响

摘要
随着城市化、工业化进程的推进,经济发展水平的不断提升和人民生活水平的提高推动着中国居民部门电力消费的持续增长。不同于第二产业,居民部门的电力消费更多地取决于居民收入增长、城市化及其他因素带来的家用电器使用数量和使用时长的增加。本文利用家电扩散模型对1998—2012年中国30个省份城镇居民消费的五类家电产品的面板数据进行实证分析,研究结果表明,居民收入、城市化水平的提高对城镇居民家电消费量有正的影响,而产品价格的提高有负的影响。随着城镇居民收入的提高,收入增加对居民购买家电的影响力逐渐减弱,而城市化水平的提升,对城镇居民购买家电的影响更加明显。由于家电的使用具有较长时间的"锁定效应",在城市化发展过程中,政府应利用节能家电补贴政策及能效标准升级等措施激励居民购置节能家电,推动企业进行节能家电产品升级,促进节能减排。
