中国管理者企业社会责任导向研究——基于长三角都市圈的实证分析

摘要
在国内缺乏企业社会责任实证的背景下,以Carroll(1979,1991)企业社会责任概念模型为理论基础,Aupperle(1985)的"企业社会责任与伦理"测量工具,以生长在长三角都市圈,同时在上海和浙江两地工作的管理者为研究样本,发现中国管理者个体企业社会责任导向具有经济责任与伦理责任的性别显著差异,以及法律责任的区域差异。本文深入分析后总结出传统文化对现代社会的潜移默化是不同性别的企业社会责任导向差异的主要原因,而现代法律意识深入人心的不同程度,以及地方法规的差异性是造成法律责任地区差异的重要原因。
