酶抑制荧光探针法检测果蔬样品中农药残留的研究

摘要
基于已建立的酶抑制荧光探针流动注射分析法,通过对6种蔬菜和水果样品加标呋喃丹农药的实验,对其农药残留进行了检测,考察了该法在实际应用中的可靠性,研究了基质pH对检测的影响。获得呋喃丹的回收率在83 6%~110 9%,RSD在1 9%~8 1%,证明该法可以有效地应用在实际果蔬样品的检测中。样品酸度对检测有一定影响,对酸度较高的样品,通过调节基质的pH=7 5即可获得满意的检测结果。
