SiO2/β-环糊精/脲醛树脂微胶囊相变材料的制备

摘要
以β-环糊精改性脲醛树脂为壁材,以石蜡为芯材成功制备了球形SiO2/β-环糊精/脲醛树脂微胶囊相变材料。采用FT-IR、SEM、DSC、TGA和XPS等分析手段对该球形微胶囊相变材料进行了表征,详细地讨论了不同SiO2用量对微胶囊的微观形貌、热稳定性以及相变焓的影响。实验结果表明:SiO2/β-环糊精/脲醛树脂相变微胶囊表面Si元素的原子质量分数为19.53%,相变焓值高达144.8 J·g-1,初始质量损失温度提高了约90℃。
