参芪扶正注射液联合化疗对机体免疫功能的影响

摘要：

目的观察参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX方案治疗结直肠癌的临床效果,并探讨中药辅助化疗的作用与机制。方法将结直肠癌患者40例随机分为2组,每组20例。对照组用FOLFOX方案化疗,试验组在对照组化疗基础上静脉滴注参芪扶正注射液,2组疗程均5 d。检测2组患者治疗前后外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞、白细胞介素10(IL-10)、IL-12及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量变化。结果结直肠癌患者CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞含量较健康人明显升高;化疗后CD4+CD25+Treg细胞含量2组均降低;化疗后IL-12及TNF-α试验组升高,对照组降低;IL-10试验组降低,对照组反而升高。试验组较对照组化疗毒副作用明显减轻。结论参芪扶正注射液辅助化疗可调节机体免疫功能,提高治疗效果,同时减轻化疗药物的毒副作用。
