高产小麦营养器官临时贮存物质积运及其对粒重的贡献

摘要
选用鲁麦 2 2和鲁麦 14两个高产小麦品种 ,运用 1 4C同位素标记技术研究了小麦开花前和开花后营养器官贮存物质对籽粒重的贡献。结果表明 ,小麦开花前和开花后生成的 1 4C光合产物一旦在营养器官贮存后 ,至成熟期仅有1.98%~ 5 .73%的贮存 1 4C光合产物损失 ,即贮存 1 4C光合产物很少用于植株呼吸损耗 ,表明营养器官临时贮存光合产物主要用于籽粒灌浆。鲁麦 14和鲁麦 2 2产量分别为 6 82 9~ 730 0 kg/ hm2和 792 9~ 7933kg/ hm2时 ,两品种开花前贮存物质对籽粒重的贡献分别为 18.2 %~ 2 0 .4 %和 32 .3%~ 34.0 7% ,贮存物质的总贡献分别为 2 4 .32 %~ 2 5 .0 7%和4 4 .82 %~ 4 8.4 %。表明营养器官贮存物质对高产小麦籽粒产量有重要贡献。
