知识产权保护能力对重大科研项目技术创新影响的权变模型

摘要：

对重大科研项目团队采用问卷调查的方法,本文检验知识产权保护能力对重大科研项目技术创新的影响,以及领导社会资本和技术整合能力的调节作用.数据分析结果表明:知识产权保护能力显著正面影响重大科研项目技术创新;领导社会资本和技术整合能力都显著调节知识产权保护能力对重大科研项目技术创新的影响,即相对于领导社会资本低时,知识产权保护能力对领导社会资本高的重大科研项目技术创新影响更大;相对于技术整合能力低时,知识产权保护能力对技术整合能力高的重大科研项目技术创新影响更大.上述结论有助于认清知识产权保护能力在提升重大科研项目技术创新方面的作用,并为提高重大科研项目技术创新提供了管理思路.
